Art of the Trader may offer one or more subscription-based memberships that provide access to:

• • Educational trading content
• • Private Discord community access
• • Live trading sessions
• • Trade breakdowns and market analysis
• • Watchlists and trade ideas
• • Courses and learning modules
• • Coaching or mentorship content (if applicable)
• • Premium tools, indicators, or resources

Membership benefits may vary depending on the tier purchased. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time.

By purchasing a membership, you agree that:

• • You will be charged the subscription fee displayed at checkout.
• • Payments are processed in advance of each billing cycle.
• • Billing cycles may be monthly, quarterly, or annual depending on your selected plan.
• • All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout.
• • You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method automatically for recurring payments until cancellation.

If a payment fails, your access may be suspended or revoked until payment is successfully processed.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, all memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period. This means:

• • Your subscription will continue unless you cancel it.
• • You will be charged automatically for the next billing cycle.
• • Renewal occurs at the then-current subscription rate unless otherwise stated.

It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and ensure timely cancellation if you do not wish to continue.

You may cancel your membership at any time.

Important notes:

• • Cancellation stops future billing only.
• • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• • No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing cycle.

Unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated on a specific product page:

• • All membership fees are non-refundable.
• • We do not offer refunds for partial usage of a billing cycle.
• • We do not provide refunds for missed content, unused access, or lack of participation.
• • Promotional or discounted subscriptions are also non-refundable.

We may, at our sole discretion, review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to update subscription pricing at any time. If pricing changes:

• • Existing members may be notified in advance where required by law.
• • Continued use of the membership after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• • You may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect if you do not agree to the change.

Upon subscribing, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access membership content for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree that you will not:

• • Distribute membership content to non-members
• • Record, copy, or resell any content
• • Repost materials in public or private groups
• • Circumvent paywalls or access controls

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

• • Live sessions will occur at specific times.
• • All content will be free from errors or interruptions.

We may update, remove, or modify content at any time to improve the service.

Memberships provide educational content only. We do not guarantee:

• • Trading profits
• • Improved performance
• • Income generation
• • Success in funding challenges
• • Investment returns

Your results depend entirely on your own decisions, discipline, and risk management.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any membership at any time if we determine that you have:

• • Violated these Terms.
• • Shared or distributed paid content.
• • Abused community rules.
• • Engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity.
• • Attempted to bypass payment systems.

Termination may occur without prior notice in serious cases.

From time to time, we may offer: Free trials, discounted introductory pricing, or limited-time promotional access.

Unless otherwise stated:

• • Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• • Promotional pricing reverts to standard pricing after the promotional period.
• • Trial or promotional access is subject to these same terms.

Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or other platforms. We are not responsible for:

• • Payment processor errors.
• • Transaction delays.
• • Bank fees or currency conversion fees.
• • Account restrictions imposed by third-party providers.

Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.
